Medical Services and Treatment Eligibility
Trilogy Mind Body Soul, LLC (“Trilogy”) connects patients with licensed healthcare professionals through telehealth services. All treatment recommendations and prescribing decisions are made solely by the treating provider based on the patient’s medical history, clinical evaluation, individual needs, professional judgment, and applicable law.
Completing an intake form, scheduling a consultation, or purchasing a program does not guarantee that medication will be prescribed. Not every patient will qualify for treatment.
Medication Options
Compounded Medications
When clinically appropriate, a licensed provider may prescribe a compounded medication prepared and dispensed by a U.S. state-licensed compounding pharmacy, including pharmacies operating under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. Section 503A medications generally require a valid, patient-specific prescription.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not review compounded medications for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are provided to patients. A compounded medication should not be considered the same as, a generic version of, or therapeutically equivalent to an FDA-approved branded medication.
The availability of compounded medications may change based on applicable laws, FDA guidance, medication shortages, ingredient availability, pharmacy policies, and an individual patient’s documented clinical needs.
FDA-Approved Branded Medications
When medically appropriate, a provider may prescribe an FDA-approved branded medication, such as Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Zepbound®, or Mounjaro®.
Trilogy does not manufacture, compound, dispense, or ship branded medications. If a branded medication is prescribed, the prescription may be sent to the patient’s selected pharmacy. The patient is responsible for medication costs, insurance coverage, deductibles, copayments, prior-authorization requirements, and any other applicable pharmacy or insurance-related costs.
Risks and Results
All medications may cause side effects and may not be appropriate for every patient. Patients should review the potential risks, benefits, warnings, contraindications, and alternatives with their healthcare provider before beginning treatment.
Individual results vary. Weight loss or any other specific outcome is not guaranteed. Results may be affected by diet, physical activity, adherence to the treatment plan, medical conditions, other medications, genetics, and individual biology.
