Care may include medical evaluations, preventive care, follow-up visits, medication management, laboratory review, and individualized treatment planning.

After completing your online intake forms, you’ll meet with a licensed healthcare provider through a secure video appointment using your smartphone, tablet, or computer. Your provider will review your concerns, health history, and goals and recommend an appropriate care plan.

Patients must be physically located in a state where their treating provider is licensed at the time of the appointment. Eligibility may also depend on age, medical history, symptoms, and the type of care requested.

Yes. Trilogy uses secure telehealth technology designed to protect your privacy and personal health information. Patients should participate from a private, quiet location whenever possible.

Please have a valid photo ID, current medication list, allergy information, preferred pharmacy, relevant medical records, and recent laboratory or diagnostic results available. A reliable internet connection and private location are also recommended.

Our providers can evaluate many non-emergency concerns, including minor illnesses, preventive health needs, medication questions, chronic-condition management, and laboratory results. Some conditions may require testing, an in-person examination, urgent care, or referral to a specialist.

Yes. We provide ongoing management for many common chronic health conditions and can coordinate care with specialists when additional services are needed.
